A lot of people find cleaning with water to be more comfortable than dry paper, which often times can be abrasive. Next to the wash nozzles housing pocket, there is a small vent where the air is exerted from and it blows across your bottom. Just like with hand dryers, it does take a minute or two to finish drying. Its also noteworthy to mention that an important side-benefit of this feature is the reduction of paper waste, which is more eco-friendly to the planet.
